CrossFit Bolster is about the bonds that are created between people that have nothing more in common than to want more out of life than to just “get through the day”, and knowing that we have the ability to be those people’s best hour of their entire day, every day. What is CrossFit?

It is constantly varied, functional movement done at relatively high intensity. What that means is we do a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day.
