CrossFit is a core strength and fitness program for everyone. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Our training methods produce indisputable and objective results for all levels of fitness. The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. At CrossFit Bolster there are no egos, and no room for bad attitudes. We are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble, we work hard and, most importantly, we have FUN! CrossFit classes are approximately 1 hour long and include: mobility drills to improve and restore joint range of motion, skill-based warm-up to prepare for specific movement patterning, strength and conditioning exercises, and the workout of the day (WOD), which combines gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, olympic weightlifting, and more!
