Bolster Into Programs are designed to welcome and introduce interested athletes to the Bolster community, as well as the movements and technique that are key to the sport of CrossFit. CFB Free Intro Session
When? Monday - Thursday @ 5:10 PM; Saturdays @ 11:00 AM (Please click "sign up" for an available time slot.)
What? Before you commit, we’d like to invite you to come in for a FREE 20-minute introductory session to see our facilities, and allow us to introduce ourselves and the sport of CrossFit. We will also talk with you to better understand your short & long-term fitness goals, and outline how CrossFit Bolster can help you surpass those goals. This is just a question and answer type of session and does not include any type of workout.

Foundations courses typically meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm or Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm . Please see course schedule at sign up. If your unable to attend scheduled class times, 1-on-1 foundations are available please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
The CrossFit Bolster Foundations course is a 2-week, 4-session program designed to introduce new athletes to the sport of CrossFit. Foundations focuses on safety and becoming comfortable in the CrossFit box. Each session introduces a small group of attendees to a different series of movements, exercises, and/or skills.
