Jodi: Marketing @ Ford
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Jodi: Watch football, read, take walks with my dog Charlie, vacation to Seattle to see my family.
What's your favorite junk food?
Jodi: Chicken strips & fries w/ranch (explains a lot!)
What's your favorite healthy food?
Jodi: Anything someone else cooked - it always tastes better!
How long have you been doing CrossFit? How long have you been coming to Bolster?
Jodi: CrossFit on and off since January 2010, been at Bolster since moving to Royal Oak in June.
What's your favorite lift?
Jodi: Power Clean
What's your favorite body weight movement?
What's the WORST CrossFit movement?
Jodi: So many to choose from but I'm going to be totally unoriginal and say burpees!
What's the best part of being a member of Bolster?
Jodi: Having somewhere to go where working out is also social, not just another chore to accomplish in a day!
What's the one thing you are most proud of accomplishing since you started CrossFitting?
Jodi: No one thing in particular. I was never athletic or involved in any sports growing up. For years I'd bow out whenever friends were planning something active for fear I wouldn't be able to do it. More than anything, CrossFitting has taught me that I'm much more capable physically than I ever thought!
