What do you like to do in your spare time?
Carol: I enjoy reading, mostly history, working in the yard, canning and spending time with my family.

Carol: Pizza or cheesecake

Carol: About 4 yrs, been at Bolster about 7 months

Carol: Handstand push-up

Carol: Thrusters or wall balls
What's the best part of being a member of Bolster?
Carol: Everybody there makes you feel like you're part of the family.
What's the one thing you are most proud of accomplishing since you started CrossFitting?
Carol: Getting a 75 pound snatch. It took me forever to figure that lift out!
