What's the best part of being a member of Bolster?
Kelli: From the first moment I stepped through the doors at Bolster I have been greeted by some of the most awesome and welcoming people. I truly believe that is what makes a box so awesome.
Dallas: The best part about being at Bolster is the community and family like atmosphere. We are all there with the common goal of reaching our highest level of health and fitness. A task that often times comes with some very hard moments. These hard moments are much easier to push through when you have someone by your side cheering you on!
What's the one thing you are most proud of accomplishing since you started CrossFitting?
Kelli: Getting my first strict muscle-up.
Dallas: Since I have started CrossFit I have achieved a higher level of fitness that I can actually see working in my everyday life. CrossFit has made me more confident in my physical abilities. Now I am more outgoing and willing to try any new activity!
