Eric: Systems Engineer
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Eric: Hang out with my family, play hockey, coach hockey, snowboard, outdoor activities (hike, run, bike, etc.), build stupid stupid stuff out of wood, home improvements.
What's your favorite junk food?
Eric: Chocolate milk
What's your favorite healthy food?
Eric: Red grapes, cantaloupe, natural applesauce
How long have you been doing CrossFit? How long have you been coming to Bolster?
Eric: 9-10 months
What's your favorite lift?
Eric: Power snatch and front squats
What's your favorite body weight movement?
Eric: Rope climb and pull ups
What's the WORST CrossFit movement?
Eric: Double unders (because I struggled so much with them).
What's the best part of being a member of Bolster?
Eric: The community and a caring coach.
What's the one thing you are most proud of accomplishing since you started CrossFitting?
Eric: Re-energizing my passion for fitness while improving my endurance and flexibility. My quickness on the ice has returned. I am also able to run further and faster without getting as sore.
