Ashley: Medical Assistant

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Ashley: Free time? What free time? Trail running, camping, concerts, obstacle races and catching a nap here and there.
Chuck: Work and relax
What's your favorite junk food?
Ashley: This is tough I have so many... I would say french fries.
What's your favorite healthy food?
Ashley: Do sweet potatoes count?
How long have you been doing CrossFit? How long have you been coming to Bolster?
Ashley: Since June of 2014 for both.
Chuck: 1 year
What's your favorite lift?
Ashley: Power clean
What's your favorite body weight movement?
Ashley: I have a love hate relationship with burpees
Chuck: Pull up
What's the WORST CrossFit movement?
Ashley: Overhead squat
Chuck: Double unders
What's the best part of being a member of Bolster?
Ashley: Bolster is not just a place to go and workout. It's a place filled with amazing people who are so welcoming and help you push yourself rather it be to accomplish a PR or just finish a workout. I have made some amazing friends at Bolster! It's my home away from home!
Chuck: Fun easy-going atmosphere.
What's the one thing you are most proud of accomplishing since you started CrossFitting?
Ashley: I am going to say the clean and jerk. It has taken me so long to just pick the bar up and go rather than focus so much on my set up. I will thank Brad for that one. Quote from Brad Jackson: "Get back on the bar!" Thanks Brad!
Chuck: Being able to do multiple pull-ups.
