Sharon: Nurse/Part Owner of Kimball Animal Hosptial

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Sharon: Spending time with my husband and coloring. Seriously, I love coloring...and my husband. But I don't color my husband in case you were wondering.

What's your favorite junk food?
Sharon: Pizza with triple pepperoni

What's your favorite healthy food?
Sharon: Chia pudding with homemade almond milk

How long have you been doing CrossFit? How long have you been coming to Bolster?
Sharon: Almost 4 months

What's your favorite lift?
Sharon: Power snatch

What's your favorite body weight movement?
Sharon: Burpees

What's the WORST CrossFit movement?
Sharon: Pull-ups

What's the best part of being a member of Bolster?
Sharon: The comradery. I have never felt so welcomed on any team I have ever been a part of.

What's the one thing you are most proud of accomplishing since you started CrossFitting?
Sharon: My ability to do CrossFit in general. I had surgery on my hip this past September. When Carla and Dan told me about Bolster and invited me to come to an intro session in March, I was doubtful that my body and new hip could handle it. I am proud to say that with the amazing coaches and support from everyone, I am in better shape then I was even before my surgery.
