Sean: Consultant - Help accountants run their business
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Sean: Anything relating to sports: watching/attending Michigan State Football, basketball games... and of course a few drinks with friends!
What's your favorite junk food?
Sean: Anything with pasta
What's your favorite healthy food?
Sean: Asparagus/brussel sprouts
How long have you been doing CrossFit? How long have you been coming to Bolster?
Sean: Both Since Feb 2015.
What's your favorite lift?
Sean: Back squat
What's your favorite body weight movement?
What's the WORST CrossFit movement?
Sean: Double unders
What's the best part of being a member of Bolster?
Sean: The people are all great. Starting in February only knowing 2 members wasn't an issue... Everyone working together to finish each workout and cheering each other on, is unlike any gym I've been to.
What's the one thing you are most proud of accomplishing since you started CrossFitting?
Sean: I have become much stronger, much more consistent in working out, and have made many new friends.
