What do you like to do in your spare time?
Kelly: Check out cool stuff in the area. Anything outdoors in the summertime. Anything indoors in the winter. Hang with friends and family. Watch my wonderful husband cook for me. :-)

Kelly: Sit ups

Kelly: Toes to bar frustrate me.
What's the best part of being a member of Bolster?
Kelly: The community and training at Bolster is amazing! I started at a different box and have hands down made more progress here than I ever did there. And I've also made some pretty awesome friends during that time.
What's the one thing you are most proud of accomplishing since you started CrossFitting?
Kelly: PULL UPS! :-)
