"A goal without a plan is just a wish"
The goal board is officially up. So set a goal, develop a plan, and follow that plan...or take the easy way out and keep wishing yourself success. Everyone should try to get a goal up on the board within the next few days, if you need help setting a goal then ask a Coach!
1. Every 2 mins for 14 mins: Back Squat
4 Back Squats, 75% 1RM
2. AMRAP 12 mins: Thrusters, Toes-to-bars, Overhead Squats and Toes-to-bars
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
6 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs
6 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs
