The 2017 CrossFit Open is upon us.  The Open is a a five-week, five-workout competition held in CrossFit affiliates and garage gyms around the world. Workouts are released online each Thursday, and athletes have until the following Monday to submit their scores. Anyone who's at least 14 years old can sign up, and join in the first stage of the CrossFit Games season.  We will be changing things up a bit this year at Bolster and running a Friday Night lights style Open, exact details coming soon.  We encourage all Bolster members to participate!  Sign up here: Games.CrossFit.com

With a 15 minute running clock:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 mins of:
15 Toes-to-bars
10 Deadlifts, 115/75 lbs
5 Snatches, 115/75 lbs
