2. Conditioning

For 4 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
20 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
15 Toes-to-bars
Dumbbell Snatch
Rest 1 min

Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
