Clean & Jerk 1x1 at 80% 1RM
Clean & Jerk 1x1 at 85% 1RM
Clean & Jerk 1x1 at 90% 1RM
Clean & Jerk 1x1 at 95% 1RM

2. Conditioning

For 3 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
5 Dumbbell Squat Clean Thrusters, 50/35 lbs
50 Double Unders

Rest 3 mins between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
