Front Squat 1x5 at 60% 1RM
Front Squat 1x5 at 70% 1RM
Front Squat 1xME at 80% 1RM

2. Conditioning

10 rounds for time of:
30 Double Unders
10 Toes-to-bars
10 Handstand Push-ups
Rest 30 secs
