1. Gymnastic/ Barbell Skill 

Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
3-5 Handstand Push-ups
5 Deadlifts, 55% 1RM

2. Conditioning

For time:
50/40 Cal Row/ Bike
40 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
30 Deadlifts, 185/95 lbs (Load should be scaled if greater than 80% of load used in EMOM)

9 minute time cap (3 minute TC on Row/Bike)
