4 Open workouts down, 1 to go.  Thrusters are coming....the question is will they be done with a barbell or dumbbells?

1. EMOM x 15: Skill Work, this is not meant to be taxing. Scale appropriately.

Every 1 min for 15 mins, alternating between:
3 Muscle-ups
5 Dumbbell Thrusters
15 Box Jumps (Jump up /Step down)

2. Conditioning

5 rounds for time of:
10 Shoulder-to-Overheads, 115/75 lbs
10 Lateral Burpee (Over Barbell) 

10 minute time cap
