Thursday Classes will change up slightly for the next cycle.  There will be two options available to start class, and everyone will finish with mobility.  You should be choosing the same track each week. 

1. Choose one of the following

a. Endurance/ Capacity option

5x500/400 meter row

rest 2 minutes between each effort

b. Posterior Chain Accessory Work

20 minutes to complete:

4x15 Pendlay Row

4x8 Back Rack Lunges (8 reps each leg)

 

2. 15-20 minutes of Mobility
