1. Option A: Capacity/ Endurance Work

6 rounds for max Calories:

1 Minute Row or AAB

2 minutes rest

Option B: Posterior Chain Accessory work

Purposely make these movements more challenging. Focus on intensely engaging every muscle near the intended target area.  

a. 4x10 Pendlay Row (heavier than last week)

b. 4x10 Back Rack Lunge (5 reps each leg, try to go heavier than last week)
