This will be a conditioning piece that we will re-test before the next cycle.  Your priority for this workout should be to finish before the 16 minute time cap. If you scale be sure  to note how.  

1. Conditioning

5 rounds for time of:
12 Hang Power Cleans
12 Thrusters
12 Burpee To 6" Targets

16 minute time cap 

RX: 75/55# 

RX+: 95/65#

2. Gymnastic Conditioning

Death By Toes-to-bar

With a continuously running clock perform:
3 Toes-to-bars in the first 1 min,
6 Toes-to-bars in the second 1 min
9 Toes-to-bars in the third 1 min

etc.......
