Skill Work, pick 2 of the 3 EMOMS below

1.  Every 1 min for 10 mins
3 Muscle-ups ( Ring or Bar)

2. Every 2 mins for 10 mins do:
Row 25/18 Calories or Bike 25/15 Calories 

3. Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
15 Kettlebell Swings
10 V-ups

Followed by a 20 minute Mobility Session
