Teams of 2: Athletes alternate every 200m on the run, one barbell per team. Reps may be partitioned however.
With a running clock:
0-10 minutes - 1M Run (partners alternate every 200 m), then Max Clean and Jerks with remaining time (135/95)
10-13 - Rest
13-20 - 800m Run, Max Power Clean (135/95)
20-23 - Rest
23-27 - 400m Run, Max Front Squat (135/95)
