1. Conditioning

For 3 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
50 Double Unders
15 Toes-to-bars
30 Double Unders
10 Toes-to-bars

Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.

2. Strength

Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
5 Handstand Push-ups
5 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs
