1. Conditioning

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 mins of:
8 Hang Power Cleans, 155/105 lbs
8 Handstand Push-ups

2. Strength

Deadlift 12-12-12

Every 4 minutes for 12 minutes.  Deadlifts should be as heavy as possible while maintaining proper mechanics/technique.  Sets can be climbing or across.
