At CrossFit Bolster, we offer a variety of classes, each designed to meet your unique fitness needs. While CrossFit remains the core of our program, we've evolved to include a well-rounded approach that delivers even greater benefits.


In every class, we prioritize developing proper mechanics, building consistency, and gradually increasing intensity based on individual progress. This approach ensures that our workouts are effective, focused, and, most importantly, fun!


We eliminate the guesswork by guiding you through constantly varied, functional workouts that deliver real results, all while keeping the experience enjoyable. Our Ferndale gym provides modifications and intensity adjustments for every member, ensuring a safe, effective, and motivating fitness environment for all.

Each one hour class class consists of a warm up, and a workout with a certified coach. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.

FOUNDATIONS

The Bolster Foundations program is designed to bridge the gap between new members and our CrossFit group classes. This 2-week, 4-class program is designed to further your understanding of exercise fundamentals, CrossFit movements, build a foundation and help you achieve your everyday life, fitness or athletic performance goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING

If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1-on-1 to reach your fitness goals.
